Dibber is an orienteering route-analysis web app: import a route and a map, align them, compare route choices, analyze pace and terrain, and export full-quality, watermark-free PDF and PNG results. These core features are included in both plans. The same plan comparison is summarised on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are sold as Dibber Plus in EUR, including applicable VAT:
| Included | Free — €0 | Plus — €5/month or €45/year |
|---|---|---|
| Import, alignment, route comparison, analysis, manual entry | Included | Included |
| Full-quality PDF/PNG exports without watermarks | Included | Included |
| New projects | 1 per calendar month (Europe/Luxembourg) | Unlimited personal-use creation, subject to storage |
| Storage for maps, routes and saved exports | 100 MB | 2 GB |
| Map-text recognition (OCR) | 1 successful introductory recognition in total | 20 successful recognitions per monthly subscription anniversary |
| Suggested map placements (accepted, separate from recognition credits) | 1 accepted placement per calendar month per account (Europe/Luxembourg) | unlimited accepted placements |

A free 14-day Plus trial is available once per registered account, started explicitly from your settings, with no payment details required. During the trial you can create 10 projects in total and complete 5 successful recognitions in total, with the Plus storage allowance. Failed recognitions and reused saved results never consume recognition credits. There are no automatic overages, top-ups or credit rollover; when an allowance is exhausted the app shows the reason, the next replenishment date where one applies, and manual entry remains available.
Suggested map placements have their own allowance, as summarised in the table above: 1 accepted placement per calendar month per account on Free and unlimited accepted placements on Plus. Suggested placements consume no map-text recognition credits. Manual alignment is unlimited, and guest sessions get 1 accepted placement per guest session.
All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record for Dibber Plus. Paddle handles the checkout, payment methods, VAT and sales-tax calculation and remittance, and invoices; your payment details never touch Dibber's servers, and Paddle (or its payment processors) appears on your bank or card statement. Checkout shows the final VAT-inclusive price before you confirm. Dibber stores only the account, entitlement and usage records needed to provide your plan.
First-purchase promise: request a full refund within 14 days of your first Plus purchase from Settings or by emailing info@dibber.pro, and it will be honored — no need to explain why. An approved refund ends the corresponding Plus access and future renewals, and the first-purchase promise is not reset by a later repurchase. This promise is in addition to, and does not exclude, any statutory rights you have (including EU consumer withdrawal and remedy rights), which may also be exercised through Paddle as merchant of record. Partial or exceptional refund cases are reviewed individually; you will always be told the status and outcome of a request.
Cancelling, expiring, a failed renewal or a refund never deletes or locks away your projects: existing projects remain viewable and editable, and exports and downloads of your own work remain available on either plan. If a downgrade leaves you above the Free storage limit, your files are preserved — you can still read, export and delete them, and replace files without growing retained storage; only new growth is blocked until usage is back within the limit.
Dibber is operated in a personal capacity by Jérôme Pirotte. For billing questions, contact info@dibber.pro; for payment-method, invoice and tax-document needs, use the billing portal in Settings or Paddle support. See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the rest of the service.
