Request a full refund within 14 days of your first Dibber Plus purchase — from Settings in the app or by emailing info@dibber.pro — and it will be honored. You do not need to give a reason. The promise applies to your first purchase and is not reset by a later repurchase. An approved refund ends the corresponding Plus access and its future renewals.
This promise is in addition to, and does not exclude or shorten, any rights you have under applicable law — including EU consumer withdrawal, repair, replacement and price-reduction remedies. Those rights can also be exercised through Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record for Dibber Plus, which processes the payment and issues the invoice. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for; the exact date is shown before you confirm and again afterwards. You can reverse a scheduled cancellation while it is still pending. Switching between monthly and annual billing also takes effect at your renewal, and a scheduled switch can be withdrawn before it applies.
If a renewal payment fails, Plus stays active for a 7-day grace period while the payment is retried or you update your payment method through the billing portal. The grace deadline is shown to you. If payment is not resolved by that deadline the subscription ends, collection for that period stops, and your account returns to Free — missed months are not collected later.
A price increase needs at least 30 days' notice, applies only at a later renewal, and always shows you the coming charge and how to cancel before it takes effect. You keep the price you already paid for the current period.
A refund, cancellation, expiry or failed renewal never deletes or locks away your projects. Existing projects stay viewable and editable, and exports and downloads of your own work remain available on the Free plan. If a downgrade leaves you above the Free storage limit, your files are preserved: you can still read, export and delete them, and replace files without growing retained storage; only new growth is blocked until usage is back within the limit.
Partial refunds, provider credits, reversed adjustments and other exceptional cases are reviewed individually rather than decided automatically; you will always be told the status and outcome of a request. Contact info@dibber.pro for any refund question, or use the billing portal in Settings for invoices and payment-method changes. Dibber is operated in a personal capacity by Jérôme Pirotte. The Plans, Billing and Refund Terms and Terms of Service contain the complete terms.
